Refund policy


At Vytamax Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our items are custom-produced and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, all returns and refunds must meet the following conditions.


Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

Claims for damaged, misprinted, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at Support@vytamaxnutrition.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded within a few business days.


Non-Refundable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong item/size/flavor).

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

Unclaimed packages that are returned to the sender.

Packages rejected by customs or refused at delivery.

Orders canceled after production has already started.


Refund Method

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.


Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, you will need to place a new order.
