Refund policy
At Vytamax Nutrition, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our items are custom-produced and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner, all returns and refunds must meet the following conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements
• Claims for damaged, misprinted, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.
• To request a refund or replacement, please email us at Support@vytamaxnutrition.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.
• Once your claim is reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request. Approved claims will be replaced or refunded within a few business days.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
• Buyer’s remorse (e.g., change of mind, ordering the wrong item/size/flavor).
• Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.
• Unclaimed packages that are returned to the sender.
• Packages rejected by customs or refused at delivery.
• Orders canceled after production has already started.
Refund Method
• Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within a few business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
Exchanges
Because our products are made to order, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, you will need to place a new order.
